Moy Park

Sat Oct 9, 2004, 4:09 PM
If you can forgive my pretentiousness, may I offer advice in some kind of pale imitation of the pearls the great Aki Rihiilati summons?
Yes?
Oh, ok then...

Recommended: When cooking Moy Park chicken Kievs (Northern Ireland’s finest mechanically separated chicken, widely available from your local Budgens or similar convenience store), place the parcels upside-down, so the curved section of mechanically separated chicken is the portion in contact with the baking tray.

This will ensure none of the juicy goodness will leach between the layers of mechanically separated chicken and reduce to a carboniferous paste upon the baking tray. The oleaginous goodness will instead reservoir within the meaty coffin as Moy Park intended.

Not recommended: Moy Park Chicken Kievs.

BTW, check out the supermarket aisle in my scraps : it’s the crispbread section within a supermarket in Helsingborg, Sweden. I find it fascinating and awesome, and it conjures other adjectives I have not learnt exactly how to express just yet.

Indulge me, please…
